She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role, having previously served as the Professor & Head of the Department at S.N.D.T Women’s University, Mumbai. Her extensive research and design expertise in ergonomics have been pivotal in shaping industry standards.  

Dr. Archana has contributed significantly to prestigious projects across diverse sectors, including Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor Division and Johnson & Johnson. She has played a pivotal role in projects funded by the University Grant Commission and the Department of Science & Technology, delving into areas such as Occupational Workload, Physical Fitness Status, and Material Handling. Her profound insights are showcased in numerous publications, including two research-based books and a total of 107 publications, making her a respected authority in the field.
