Phase I :

Basic Ergonomics Training Program

It includes, Interactive Lecture sessions (Basic level), Demonstrations of Basic Postural Problems, and Identification of awkward postures and sessions on stretches and exercises. 

Phase II :

Advanced Ergonomics Training Program

It includes, Interactive Lecture sessions (Advanced level), Hands-on experience: Setting-up an Ergonomic workstation, Self- Assessments techniques and sessions on stretches and exercises. 

This training program is designed to create Ergo-Champions within the premises.
